1. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2. Accuracy of Information
We do our best to display product descriptions, colors, and pricing accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen shows colors exactly as they are. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product.
3. Orders & Processing
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We may cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

Orders are accepted until 6:00 PM Pacific Time for same‑day processing.

We accept up to 6 orders after that cutoff; additional orders are processed the next business day.
4. Shipping & Delivery

5. Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Return shipping costs are covered by us. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please review our Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Actiboo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or Site. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We collect personal information (name, email, address, payment info) only to process and fulfill your orders. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. We use secure payment gateways; we do not store full credit card numbers. By using our Site, you consent to this privacy practice.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Santa Clara County, California.
