At Actiboo, we’re proud to serve customers across the United States with fast and reliable shipping. All orders are carefully processed and shipped through our helpful U.S.-based fulfillment partners, ensuring efficient delivery and a smooth customer experience from start to finish.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States (including all 50 states, APO/FPO addresses, and US territories). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

  • Orders placed by 6:00 PM Pacific Time are processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed the next business day.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Yes, we offer two simple shipping options with the same delivery time:

  • Standard Shipping – $7
  • Free Shipping – Available on all orders over $79.99

No matter which option you choose, your order will arrive within our standard delivery window of 5–8 business days with processing time.

Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days with processing time.
Please note that delivery to remote areas (e.g., rural Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories) may take an additional 2–3 business days.

Order Cutoff & Daily Limits

We accept orders every day. If we receive more than 6 orders after the 6:00 PM cutoff, those extra orders will be counted and processed on the next business day. This helps us maintain accurate inventory and quality control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order through our website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
